We were given a month to prove that we are worth our price. The previous agency did not achieve the expected number of contacts, and moreover, those contacts were not of appropriate quality. In consumer bankruptcies, it is very important to correctly profile the Client. Not every Client with debt qualifies for consumer bankruptcy. The main problem was that in the previous campaigns, almost everyone with debt was contacting the Law Firm, which made the Client feel that their advertising budget was being wasted. Furthermore, the Law Firm was not satisfied with the service. The Client felt that it was their side providing ideas, and the person managing the account was not particularly engaged in making improvements.

The third point, we knew we could meet even before starting the cooperation. Our entire team is dedicated to working with absolutely every Client. There are no second-class Clients for us. Firstly, we focused on increasing the number of contacts. 

It turned out that the previous agency was making an average of one change per week in the campaigns. This was definitely too little. We turned off the ongoing campaigns based on our experience in this industry. We discussed the matter together and made the decision with the Client to change the advertising graphics and the Client profile to which we will direct the advertisements. The effect was immediate. The number of leads, with the same budget, increased by 62%. 

The next challenge we faced was improving the quality of contact. Consumer bankruptcy is a difficult industry in terms of the type of Client. We do not mean profiling them, as we have experience in that. The biggest difficulty is getting them to answer the phone. These people receive numerous calls from creditors daily, so answering the phone causes them so much stress that many of them do not undertake this action 🙂 

Fortunately, there are SMS messages that inform the Client about the reason for the contact, as well as various other methods that we will refrain from listing in this case study.
