DESCRIPTION

A rather funny story, where the client signed a contract with us during the holidays and then forgot about us... for five months. We reached out, called, but he had literally disappeared. Since the invoice was not paid, we assumed he had simply given up. Imagine our surprise when, one November morning, we received a call and heard "I'm ready for the campaign!". We immediately set to work on fulfilling the order. The client was interested in acquiring customers for billboard printing and promotional gadgets.

SOLUTION

We suggested conducting two separate types of campaigns, taking advantage of the holiday season. Unfortunately, launching holiday advertising campaigns at the last minute never yields satisfactory costs for acquiring contacts, which in this case was over 70 zł gross. In our opinion, this was too high a rate. After two weeks of struggling with the cost, we did not give up and changed our strategy. A specialist suggested to the client to raise prices, as our research revealed that they were significantly below market – and could arouse distrust.
