How our Agency's unique approach contributed to an increase in the number of Clients in a month!

DESCRIPTION

Resin floors are very popular in Poland. They are considered durable but also raise many questions because, without the proper knowledge of the contractors, damages can occur. Our Client was keen on acquiring new Clients. We implemented a pixel on their website and developed an appropriate advertising strategy. 

CHALLENGES

The Client had a very small audience on social media and was not recognizable in the market. We first had to gain the trust of potential Clients before we could proceed to the sales campaign. 

SOLUTION

We conducted a detailed interview with the Client to obtain all the necessary information about the product. We also needed to determine "who his Client is" and what connects the Clients who have so far decided to collaborate with him. 

It is interesting to note that most of the initial contacts were women, but after the initial conversation, their husbands or partners took over the topic.

Results

More than 20 people contacted the Client by phone to inquire about services. 64 Clients filled out the contact form. The Client noted that some of the people who had left their contact information did not answer his calls. In the first month, he managed to acquire seven Clients, a sufficiently satisfactory result that convinced him to increase the advertising budget.
